Project Description

You were hired as intern at the Bureau of Investigation Forensic Services Division. Your job is to solve mysterious cases that will be given periodically by supervisors. Crime scene investigators are collecting evidence for you at the scene. Evidence will be delivered to you in vial, plastic bag, or test tube. It is your job to understand the theories and principles behind the investigation. Your mentor will give you some lessons prior to each activity. You are welcome to use any outside resources besides the ones given on this page. However, please be able to support your results so an innocent person does not get accused or convicted of the crime. For every activity, one written report and oral presentation per group is required. Remember, the suspect’s charge, [guilty or innocent] is in your hands!
